He sucks and nips along Gladio's neck, leaving a trail of small red marks in his wake. He gladio can't leave a mark on him, but he can leave all the marks he want. Nobody will question Gladio. They can easily brush them away. Nobody would care. Plus, Noctis likes seeing them on his shield. It's just another reminder that Glado is his and his alone.
