There was a moment where Tony thought that Bucky would just want to lay there even longer. They had stayed here long enough. They had to get going soon or else someone would find him.
But fortunately Bucky wanted to move. Tony watched him slowly push himself up. He would have helped, but he was also exhausted. Keeping a drugged up loopy soldier was exhausting. He watched him get up and practically sag. It was such a contrast from how Bucky usually was. He was always rigid, uptight, even. But now? Now he was a tired old soldier that had been hit with one too many tranquilizers.
Tony half wondered if this was how he was like if he ever got drunk. He'd look into that later.
Tony gave Bucky an incredulous look when he sounded almost pleased at getting bullets dug out of him. That had to be the drugs talking, because nobody liked getting bullets or any piece of metal taken out of there body. Hell, it was why he still had the arc reactor embedded in his chest. Granted, his situation was a little unique. Regardless, he didn't think the idea of digging out metal was... romantic. Or sexy.
Who knew what the soldier was thinking in his drug-addled brain.
But he eventually stood up, groaning when his chest pain flared up. Yeah, he was going to have to get that looked at soon. Hopefully he didn't rip a stitch or two during all of this. He made his way to Bucky's side, making sure to take his stolen gun with him. One of them could be loopy, but someone had to be on their A-game.
"Sounds good," He grabbed Bucky's hand and laced their fingers together. If he could, he'd put a toddler leash on him. But he at least chose an area that was going in the opposite direction of the bodies. Where the path lead, they didn't know, but away from Hydra was a good idea. "You good to lead the way, soldier?"
